Add virtual/select-parser-relaxation/.../reset-algorithm-rendering.html to headless_shell.filter.

This filters out
external/wpt/html/semantics/forms/the-select-element/reset-algorithm-rendering.html
in virtual/select-parser-relaxation/ like it is already filtered in
non-virtual and in virtual/customizable-select-disabled/

This is needed because it has flaky reftest failures with a small number
of pixels in the top-left and top-right corners of the third select (the
<select multiple>).
