Revert "Add MemoryCacheIntelligentPruning field trial" This reverts commit dff56bbe4ffacee9d6400b3e9e85546a4496f707. Reason for revert: Causing very many test failures on builder linux-blink-leak-rel. More details will be added on linked bug. Culprit CL found via git bisect. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
