[@container] Do not modify list-items outside the container Skip doing marker updates traversing ancestors of the layout tree rebuild root from interleaved style and layout tree update. Modifying the layout tree outside the container that has already been laid out can not be done. Updating ::first-letter is still fine because the ::first-letter boxes will be attached/detached inside the size container even if the originating element can be outside the size container being laid out. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure .
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
