Very small cleanup This just removes an extra `new` in a few places. This: `await new test_driver.send_keys` becomes this: `await test_driver.send_keys` The test_driver.send_keys function does not use `this`, so `new` is not needed: https://source.chromium.org/chromium/chromium/src/+/main:third_party/blink/web_tests/external/wpt/resources/testdriver.js;l=71;drc=5dc84ea15257674d6cf48920576a293557e53069 Change-Id: Ie21c96d8d05c74f97de49b116df5f045ed3e03c5 Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/6266169 Reviewed-by: Di Zhang <dizhangg@chromium.org> Commit-Queue: Mason Freed <masonf@chromium.org> Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1422261}

Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
