[skylab_test] add more specs for skylab tests variant Add 'cros_chrome_version' to compare ash milestone with lacros milestone, Add 'enabled' to be used to disable the variant used in skylab tests. But both are not used in skylab recipe, so both are removed in the generate_buildbot_json when generating json files. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
