Add MANIFEST_INVALID error to known misconfigurations Sometimes, the update manifest is invalid for self hosted extensions. This could be due to several reasons (XML parsing failed, invalid g-update tag and so on). As these extensions are hosted outside of CWS, we cannot do much about it and it is considered as an admin side misconfiguration.
