[Stylize] Load Google Fonts Typeface for Note Templates

Make use of the new GoogleFontService to load templates' Typefaces, and
then add them to the shared ModelList for consumption by the UI.

When the NoteCreationMediator gets instantiated, the flow is now:
- Retrieve the list of templates from the C++ service,
- Fetch the set of fonts for the templates,
- Associate the fonts with the templates into the ModelList.

All of this needs to happen while maintaining the templates' ordering
as specified by the C++ service.
