CCA: Tast migration: Implement SettingMenu and SettingOption

Create a definition map and implement the related functions of 2 types
of object.
1. SettingMenu: Define CCA's setting menu with its button component and
   view name (used to be in setting_menu.go)
2. SettingOption: Define CCA's checkbox and its associated state (used
   to be "Option" in ui.go)
