[media_device_settings] Use new MediaDeviceInfo to get device list Using this browser implementation of a device info cache instead of the content one allows us to get the full information about a given device. The additional information will be used in a later CL to add labeling to system default devices in the combobox. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
