Revert "[Smartlock] Add metadata for LoginAuthFactorsView for testing." This reverts commit b1d6b19d5a4e2b807cbd99c975e767988cceada5. Reason for revert: This change is no longer needed as we decided to use a different way to solve the problem for this bug. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
