Disable dchecks on CrOS reven testers Latest LKGM CL is failing, seemingly due to a number of DCHECK failures: https://ci.chromium.org/ui/p/chrome/builders/try/chromeos-reven-chrome/1135/overview To unblock a new LKGM, this temporarily disables dchecks on the bot. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
