[iOS] Align Bling colors with shared palette This change updates feature-specific colors in ios/chrome/browser/toolbar/ui_bundled to align with the shared Bling color system, improving code health and design consistency. Existing color definitions will be replaced with their shared Bling palette equivalents to ensure uniformity across features. For more details, refer to go/bling-colors-technical-assessment. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
