[views-ax] Introducing setter and remove method for kValue attribute Add a setter and a remove method in ViewAccessibility in order to be able to update the cache whenever the attribute kValue changes, and to remove the kValue attribute when ProgressBar indicator is indeterminate. ProgressBar indicator is used to display the current progress, and indicator (crrent_value_) value should be in range [0.0, 1.0]. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
