Save tab after restoring the archived tab When restoring the inactive tabs without opening them, the timestamp will be updated. But the tab isn't saved to disk with the timestamp change. It caused the retored inactive tabs will be re-archived on the next cold start unless it is opened by user. Save the tab to disk after restoring the archived tab. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
