Resolves Inconsistent HWDRM Error Codes From AMD GPUs Adds a check for 0x8004DD2E on AMD GPUs and maps it to DRM_E_TEE_INVALID_HWDRM_STATE. 0x8004DD2E is the error code that AMD GPUs used to return in the case of HWDRM invalid state. This has since been changed to DRM_E_TEE_INVALID_HWDRM_STATE (0x8004CD12), however older driver versions still return 0x8004DD2E. This leads to incorrect error reporting from MediaFoundationRenderer and thus inappropriately puts HWDRM clients in an unrecoverable error state Bug: https://issues.chromium.org/issues/440374229 Change-Id: Ib8c8694837659579d3c495d8ad4e9676767e3ce4 Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/6885895 Reviewed-by: Sangbaek Park <sangbaekpark@chromium.org> Commit-Queue: Tochukwu Ibe-Ekeocha <tibeekeocha@microsoft.com> Reviewed-by: Dale Curtis <dalecurtis@chromium.org> Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1514530}

Documentation in the source is rooted in docs/README.md.
Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
