This change contains the flags, IDL definitions and blink stubs for an implementation of the projection layer described by the WebXR Layers API. https://www.w3.org/TR/webxrlayers-1/ https://github.com/immersive-web/layers/issues/ Subsequent changes will provide the Blink implementation, OpenXR device implementation and test code. R=phle@microsoft.com, rafael.cintron@microsoft.com Low-Coverage-Reason: This CL doesn't introduce any meaningful logic, tests will be added with implementations of the functions stubbed here. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure .
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
