pine: Save and display a temporary title for non browser apps App titles are fetched via appIDs from the app service. Sometimes, the app service is not ready when pine is created. This CL makes it so we save the last session's title into full restore file, and uses that temporarily. In future CLs, we will monitor when the app service is ready and replace the temporary title with the one fetched from app service. In most cases, it should be the same anyhow. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
