proj/gentoo: Initial commit
This commit represents a new era for Gentoo:
Storing the gentoo-x86 tree in Git, as converted from CVS.
This commit is the start of the NEW history.
Any historical data is intended to be grafted onto this point.
Creation process:
1. Take final CVS checkout snapshot
2. Remove ALL ChangeLog* files
3. Transform all Manifests to thin
4. Remove empty Manifests
5. Convert all stale $Header$/$Id$ CVS keywords to non-expanded Git $Id$
5.1. Do not touch files with -kb/-ko keyword flags.

Despite of what setup.py says pytest-runner is required for tests only.

19 Feb 2016; Ilya Tumaykin <itumaykin@gmail.com> mccabe-0.4.0.ebuild:
require pytest instead of pytest-runner for tests
pytest-runner is needed when one wants to run tests like this:
`setup.py pytest'. Since we don't do this, we only need pytest.

19 Feb 2016; Ilya Tumaykin <itumaykin@gmail.com> mccabe-0.4.0.ebuild:
use py.test to run tests
This way testsuite actually works on Python < 3.5
because pytest decorators are respected properly.

dev-python/{mccabe,flake8}: Version bump and fixes
This version of flake8 now depends on the recently-added pycodestyle.
Also, I changed the way the test suite is run to avoid a name collision.
