Use explicit remote references to avoid git checkout warnings
- Change git checkout references from 'cros-internal/' to 'remotes/cros-internal/'
- Update error messages and echo statements to reflect the correct remote path
- Fixes "warning: refname 'cros-internal/chromeos' is ambiguous" during checkout
- Applied to both branch creation and file restoration
This ensures git commands explicitly reference remote tracking branches
rather than potentially ambiguous local/remote branch names.
