Minor shopfloor server cleanup.
- Add defaults to usage string
- Use "shopfloor-data" as the default data-dir argument, and create it
if it doesn't exist (e.g., for the base shopfloor server)
- Rename registration code log to registration_code_log.csv (so it is
clear that is a log file, not an input file)
