Workaround for frecon not releasing input to chrome.
f0a925a7aeacdcfa77aaf0ed96ba32faff513faa
added term_activate() call in splash_run().
This grabs the input but never releases it.
I don't know where it's supposed to be released, so tentatively adding this
near "Now Chrome can take over" comment.
