Touchbot II: Add in a click gesture
This is a gesture to make the new Touchbot physically click the
touchpad. Due to the pistons in the fingers not being stiff enough to
depress all the buttons, this is a little hacky. It has to start with
no fingertips on the robot, then go and get tips for only the fingers it
wants to click with. Then it can click without extending the pistons,
since the fingers with tips extend past the ones without them.
