Add Initial Gandof gesture's configuration
This CL adds the first Gandof touchpad configuration, complete with a
pressure calibration, and tweaks for a couple of issues I was seeing:
1. Taps were being missed due to low pressure readings, so I
decreased the min tap pressure requirement a bit
2. Palms cause pointer movement, so the palm pressure cutoff has
been reduced a bit too.
