mb/google/skyrim: Update signed PSP verstage binaries
Since the last time PSP verstage has been signed, there are some FMAP
updates to cache VBIOS tables and improve boot time. There is also an
FMAP update to cache the memory training data in recovery mode. These
FMAP updates are incompatible with previously signed PSP verstage. Also
couple more designs got added and they need their dose of signed PSP
verstage.

TEST=System boots to OS in skyrim. Perform suspend/resume test. Run some
FAFT tests to ensure they are passing.
