add version and reset_count fields for cr50
When we are running faft on cr50 we need to be able to make sure there
are no unexpected reboots or rollbacks. This change adds fields to get
the version and reset count from cr50

TEST='dut-control version reset_count' returns the reset count and
version on an updated cr50
