kunimitsu: Add r2 inas
This adds descriptions for the INAs on the kunimitsu r2 board. The sense
resistor values are increased due to layout issues with vias. The value is
based on comparing measurements between the INAs and a multimeter.

TEST=with servo connected to kunimitsu
sudo emerge hdctools
sudo servod -b kunimitsu -c kunimitsu.xml
dut-control | grep _mw
check that there are no errors
