iwlwifi: update Core43 FW for 9260 with Atlas platform workaround
Update the 9260 firmware, including fix for Atlas platform noise
issue.

kirtika@: Commit generated by squashing CL:1581399 and CL:1669451
and removing non-ThP2 firmware files. This is the initial fix
Intel provided on top core43-116. Since the driver is at
core43-55 upto R77, this CL has a Cq-Depend on CL:1709717 which
resets the firmware fix to be on top of core43-55.

TEST=Compare wifi_matfunc before and after, this CL, CL:1709717
and CL:1669509 on Atlas, (TBD) manual RF testing with the help of
Create team.
