UPSTREAM: firmware: update Intel Bluetooth device firmware patch files
This patch updates firmware patch files for following Intel Bluetooth
devices:
- Intel Wireless Bluetooth 7260
- Intel Wireless Bluetooth 3160
This patch fixes
- Issue with LED blinking
- Issue with USB
- No SCO data over EHCI
Additional notes about the 'Issue with USB':
- Incorrect Clock wrap handling in USB SOF
- WDG reset when XACT error is seen on the USB bus
- WP-1/2 failes WHCK USB Descriptor test
- Usb interrupt handling should be done from interrupt context and
should avoid calling the isr
- [ChromeBook] Scan does't work due to buffer is overwritten by the USB
control command
- Pair with HID, then do additional Inquiry results in USB not
recognized

TEST=Manual on Rambi. Verify BT can be toggled on / off, and BT mouse
can be detected and associated.
