iwl7000: add new Core28 firmwares for 7260, 3168, 7265D
This new version contains two fixes relevant for ChromeOS:
* The WoWLAN 16-byte pattern issue;
* The Indonesia SKU fixes to prevent connecting at 40/80 MHz on the
5GHz band.
For 7260:

TEST=Set a WoWLAN wake pattern of 16 bytes, check that the system
