[Credentialess] Enforce CORP on COEP:cors-or-credentialless iframes When COEP:cors-or-credentialess is set on a document, then every every no-cors cross-origin subresources are loaded without credentials. In exchange the response is not blocked by COEP. This applies only to subresources. <iframe> are still subject to CORP, similarly to COEP:require-corp. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
