| Apply Swift module name to targets when using the :generator:`Xcode` generator. |

| This policy ensures that the module name specified in |
| :prop_tgt:`Swift_MODULE_NAME` is applied to the target when using the |
| :generator:`Xcode` generator. |
| |
| The ``OLD`` behavior for this policy builds the Swift target with the target |
| name as the module name. Setting :prop_tgt:`Swift_MODULE_NAME` has no effect on |
| the compilation of targets. |

| The ``NEW`` behavior applies custom Swift module names specified with the |
| :prop_tgt:`Swift_MODULE_NAME` target property, if one is specified. |
