DebugVisualizers: Blink rename to Chromium style and a few additions
This patch changes DebugVisuzlizers files to support Blink rename to
Chromium style.
Also adds following classes:
* base::Optional
* blink::MemberBase
* blink::PersistentBase
* Several basic classes for LayoutNG
