bluetooth: log current controller settings in SDP tester
We have a sporadic failure in our SDP tests where the tester
is unable to disable secure connections in setup. We don't have verbose
kernel logging on the peer, so this change logs the current settings to
hopefully find some pattern in this behaviour.
