HACK: v3/ec: Disable SOM_FPGA_DONE watchdog There is a bug(b/182420309) that shuts off the fpga despite it working just fine (D18 lights up). In order to unblock fpga development temporarly disable this "watchdog" until we fix the bug. BUG=b/182420309 TEST=With https://chrome-internal-review.googlesource.com/c/chromeos/platform/chameleon-private-ite/+/3564743 And with a working fpga module, type this on the ec console: sd fpga fpga bootmode sdio fpga on FPGA should not shutdown after 1 min.
