CHERRY-PICK: Gale: Add board ID and memory type support
Upcoming hardware change for Gale will have two different memory
chips (Samsung and Nanya) so mosys had to be updated to check
board ID and return proper memory type.

TEST=Use variable-board type firmware, try board ID 8,10 and other
TEST="memory spd print id", check Nanya for ID 8,10, Samsung for other
