Change default delay and iterations for "sensor monitor" command
This makes the default behavior refresh every second and quit after
30 iterations.
The intention is to make the runtime finite so that automated tests
that run every "getter" type function will not get hung up.

TEST=ran "mosys sensor monitor" on beltino, saw 30 iterations go by
and then it quit.
