touch_updater: Set PID 0x3FDD as a special case of elan touchscreen/touchpad selection rule.
Do to a mistake, we assign a PID (0x3FDD), which should assign to touchpad in our rule, to touchscreen.
After some discussion, we decide to set this PID as a special case of touchscreen/touchpad selection rule.

TEST=on Karben/trogdor device, touch_updater script works fine and identifies device with PID 0x3FDD as touchscreen device.
