chromeos-touch-common: Replace "mosys platform version" with "crossystem board_id"

The command "mosys platform version" is deprecated and slated for
removal.  Replace it with "crossystem board_id".

Note, that unlike mosys, crossystem outputs only an integer with no
"rev" prefix, so the logic to strip the "rev" can be removed here.
