Add timeline visualization to milo build page Add a timeline visualization to the milo build page using the vis timeline component (http://visjs.org/docs/timeline/). A custom build of vis is added which includes only DataSet and Timeline (hammer and moment are removed, moment is already included as a separate resource). LUCI Go code is meant to be worked on from an Chromium infra.git checkout, which enforces packages versions and Go toolchain version. First get fetch via depot_tools.git then run:
fetch infra cd infra/go eval `./env.py` cd src/go.chromium.org/luci
Contributing uses the same flow as Chromium contributions.
