Increment Yahoo Mail thread workaround to 1315850.
Crash reports from the field indicate the previous version check was one
off. This is almost entirely observed in .att packages as these are not
updatable. (I sampled the crash reports to see if there are any even
higher numbers we're missing but didn't find any.)
