[sqlite] Remove obsolete reference version 3.8.7.4, p2.

And, indeed, in the client I submitted from
third_party/sqlite/sqlite-src-3080704/ is gone. But in a different
client these two files remain:
ext/fts3/unicode/UnicodeData.txt
test/randexpr1.test
https://codereview.chromium.org/864343004 suggests that
UnicodeData.txt had to be manually landed in the first place, possibly
because it's greater than 1MB.
AFAICT, randexpr1.test is fine. chardet suggests it's 100% ASCII.
It is also greater than 1MB, though...
