SimpleCache: obsolete LastCluster* histograms
Basically the only way to act on them is to totally redesign how the
backend storage format works, so they don't seem really useful to keep
around, and and the unused histogram auto-filer points out no one has
looked at them for a while *and* they're some of the heaviest histograms
we have.
