Reland "Rename some blink-related build targets"
This is a reland of 2cd1482c05e27009ff6a22d7c26a79560977c59b
Difference from the original CL:
Keep "webkit_unit_tests" target as an alias of blink_unittests.
Android internal builders depend on it.
