While we're at it, add the cursor plane to the enum. This will cause I915_MAX_PLANES to now include the cursor plane in its count (it didn't previously). This change is safe since we currently only use this value in array declarations (never in the actual code logic); we just wind up allocating slightly more memory than we need to. A followup patch will cause various parts of the code to start using the extra array element where appropriate. (This patch probably should have been squashed with the followup patch, but I couldn't figure out how to get Coccinelle to modify enum declarations...) Somehow I hardcoded the NV12 format as a parameter rather than the actual fb->pixel_format, and even then still managed to get the format plane wrong. (Ville) - Use plane->state->fb rather than plane->fb in skl_allocate_pipe_ddb(); the plane->fb pointer isn't updated until after we've done our watermark recalculation, so it has stale values. Those disable entrypoints are currently called in just two places in the driver: intel_atomic_commit (i.e., during a modeset) and intel_crtc_disable_noatomic (which is called during hardware readout). It seems that this extra watermark recalculation should only be important in the latter case (which happens during a resume operation); the former case should always have appropriate watermark programming happening at other points in the modeset sequence. Let's move the watermark update out of the .crtc_disable() entrypoints and place it directly in intel_crtc_disable_noatomic() so that it only happens on S3 resume and not during a regular modeset (since the existing watermark handling should properly update watermarks during normal atomic commits). It will update GPI_GPE_STS instead and does not trigger an interrupt. Allow using such pins as GPIOs, only prevent their usage as interrupts. We also rename function intel_pad_reserved_for_acpi() to be intel_pad_acpi_mode() which reflects the actual meaning better. For case where the usbpd console is the same as the ec console (glados, plankton, etc), the usbpd conosle is assigned to be the same as the ec console. The plankton servo host is only started if plankton servo arguments are detected in the args section of the test script command line. Inluded one example test PDConnect that disconnects then reconnects via changing the dualrole setting, and verifies that a new PD contract is established.
