grit: remove invalid placeholder formatters from testdata .xtb files
testdata/generated_resources_fr.xtb was the only file containing $1 $2
formatters outside of a <ph> element. Remove them to make the testdata
contain <translation> entries with valid <ph> placeholders. Similarly,
remove grit-like-%-formatters outside a of <ph>.
